From the start of the film it is clear that you are watching a Wes Anderson film. The colour palette and set design are obvious visual clues for this. This is personally my favourite Wes Anderson movie out of all his inspiring creations. I love how the movie is divided into chapters and how each has a straightforward storyline driving it forward. There is humor, romance, absurdness and generally breathtaking, meticulously-constructed scenes as usual . The entire cast in this movie has done an amazing job and the lighting and production design is what makes this movie really beautiful.
