It's important to understand metal health and the show tells us about teens life. Show helps us to understand and judge the stages of phycological behaviour and it's consequences I love how well it is depicted in depth, This show is like no other I've seen, at least in a long time. 13 reasons hits on every hard topic that teens could possibly go through. They give a full scope on the challenges being faced by our youth today and there is some comfort in the words they say as they help you navigate through a tough time being had on screen that can be related to yours or anyone else's life off screen
