I feel like Skyfall is one of the most unique Bond movies there is. We see the rise and fall of him as a person and what's also great is the fact that we get to see a bit of Bond's past ,his origin. The locations chosen for this movie were exotic. I mean its so vivid and the lighting was awesome. The cinematography of the movie is probably the best I have seen in a James Bond movie.
