An absolutely unique movie, compared to the present age of superhero films. It is neither over-the-top action packed like Avengers nor is it psychologically thrilling like The Dark Knight; but it is a charming mix of kid-like humour, simple moral values that we learn as we grow up and the rise of a magical superhero—bringing in the present day(New 52) Shazam and our nostalgia of what he once was, together.
